Beech's French Shops
Wed 08 Mar 2023Bringing together our leaning in French about shops, Beech set up a French 'Street'. We had great fun making our shops and the other classes visited us throughout the afternoon. Lots of French was spoken - and a few pretend croissants consumed! Well done Beech. Here are a few photos.

Welcome back from Rev. Kim
Tue 28 Feb 2023Thanks to Rev. Kim for welcoming us back to our second Spring term here at Clent Parochial Primary School. Kim taught us all about kindness and how Jesus showed kindness while he was on Earth. We also learnt about Lent and what that means to Christians.

Children's Mental Health Week 2023
Wed 08 Feb 2023This week is Children's Mental Health week. As such, the children have taken part in a 'Relax Kids' session, led by Mrs Nisbet. The children enjoyed making connections with each other, reflecting on themselves and their own well-being, as well as a relaxing mindful moment.

A visit from Sajid Javid
Mon 23 Jan 2023We had an exciting visit from a local politician on Friday! Sajid Javid joined us for a Q&A session with the Key Stay 2 children who asked a wide range of questions from, "What is your opinion on building on floodplains?" to " Do you have any pets?"
The children were fantastic and showed a great enthusiasm for politics and the environment. There are certainly some budding MPs in our midst!

Guy Bass - author visit
Thu 01 Dec 2022The children laughed and laughed at Guy Bass and his reading of books and poems. Audience participation was expected and discussions around Guy's books was enjoyed. All the children now want to read Stitch Head and Skeleton Keys.
