Wrap Around Care is committed to meeting the needs of parents and carers by:

Safeguarding children by following procedures.

Sharing and discussing your child’s achievements, experiences, progress and friendships, along with any difficulties that may arise.

Liaising with the school in relation to curriculum

Booking Details

We can accommodate parents who wish to book the same sessions each term. For others who may need varying sessions due to work patterns, we will try to be as flexible as possible, so please contact us with your booking requests and we will try to accommodate you.

All bookings need to be booked and paid for in advance.  If your child attends for only part of a session the full fee will still need to be paid as the school has to operate the wrap around care as a business and meet its expenses in order to run.  We are registered for Child Care Tax Credit relief.

All booked sessions must be paid for in advance. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. A late payment fee of £15 for every 15 minutes over the allocated time will be charged.

Payments for September 2024 onwards:

Payments are made as set out on the invoice. We appreciate that most operate their account in an exemplary fashion and we thank you for this.  However, if an account is in arrears or an invoice is unpaid for 7 days from receipt of invoice, then your child’s place in Wrap Around Care will be withdrawn with immediate effect. Depending upon demand, a future space may no longer be available.  We hope you understand that we need to maintain this wonderful facility and can only do so if we receive a regular income to meet the expenditure. 

If we need to check for payment after the due date a charge will be levied due to the administration time incurred.
