Our beautiful medieval Grade II listed building stands at the Foot of the Clent hills and is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm Every day. Our Open Spaces Area has been revamped to allow Smaller children to have the freedom to play during services. Sunday services now start at 10.00 am.
The church and its activities are very much a focal point of village life.
We have very close links with Clent school as although it doesn’t state it in its name, Clent is a Church of England school. Three of the school's Governors are elected by the Church Council as Foundation Governors. Rev Diane from Blakedown Parish attends assembly once a month and ALM Kim Topham attends Wednesday morning Assemblies. Our Sunday school alternative takes place in school, with the very kind permission of the Head Teacher and our Open the Book team visit school each month to act out Bible stories in assembly.
Clent school has a very strong Christian ethos and this was confirmed at our SIAS visit (Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools) last year, as we attained ‘Outstanding’
